Aims of Civil Department
The main aim of Civil Department is able to educate students systematically in order to become technicians who can effectively contribute to the building of infrastructural projects such as highways and bridges, railways, dams and reservoirs, water supply and sanitations, drainage system, building construction. As the method of building infrastructure is vital for all human beings, students will learn the subjects associated with forward planning, designing, estimating, the repair, maintenance of public and replacement of public and private infrastructure according to the environmentally sustainable policies.
Civil Engineering is intended for students to perform surveying operations to establish building locations, site layouts, estimating, supervising in brick-laying, carpentry jobs and concrete works connected with the projects.
Class Timing
One period of teaching = (1 hour) /total (7 hours)
Hours of teaching per day = 7 hours (mostly)
Weeks of teaching per academic year = 36 weeks (exam time and personal reading time)

- Exam Marks (81-100) ð Grade A
- Exam Marks (61-80) ð Grade B
- Exam Marks (41-60) ð Grade C
- Exam Marks (21-40) ð Grade D
- Exam Marks (0-20) ð Grade E
